extra tooth in uper jaw if not creating problem then why go for treatment.
If it's location or condition troubles you then go for orthodontics ,or prosthodontics or endodontic treatment.

If the extra tooth is vestigial.... extraction is the best option.
Extra tooth's unnecessarily cause food lodgement.
If the tooth is functional.... orthodontic treatment might be required
Most probably the milk teeth hadn't shed (fallen off) in proper time, which is resulting in permanent teeth being erupted (coming out) in abnormal locations. Or it may be a case of Supernumerary teeth (teeth other than normal milk teeth or permanent teeth, and much smaller) which is quite rare.
