Exercises for back pain
Hi I have a lower back pain history and i am still working out to correct my body posture. Is running healthy/harmful for me? What exercises are recommended?

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Gym exercises may over tune your muscles causing more issues. Plz get it assessed and then get treated at physiotherapy clinic.

Just approach to a sports physiotherapist ...he /she will clinically lengthen your muscles optimal length through various techniques like myofascial rekese ..dry needling kinesiotaping cupping witj intramuscular stimulation ...and will also realign your spine through osteopathic manipulation and chiropractic techniques ...
Next Steps
further when u will start feeling more mobile than earlier ...they will teach u the coordination exercise with balnce training and strengthening regime followed by stretching of larger group of muscles of butyocks. abdomen and lowrr back,thigh and calf muscles.  .

Avoid all gym activities,  else u land up in serious back problems,  get a physio consult as soon as possible.
