I've Thyroid and PCOS... I do exercises also only eat home made foods....but recently like for 2 years, I'm constantly gaining weight as I am 80 kgs now..

Such medical issues might be due to excessive heat generation in the body. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still very slim and skinny also doesn’t have any kind of medical issues on the contrary there are people who eat less, take good care of their diet but still suffer with Obesity and different medical issues. So it all depend on your constitution ( vata/ pit/kapha) level. For specified results you should go accordingly. On Random basis if you choose things that will not help you much.

Gud morning pls try to add on fiber rich foods like fruits, vegs, nuts, roasted seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds etc millets like oats, daliya etc into your diet n exercise daily.
