The condition is hyperemesis gravidum. As a result of continuous vomiting there is alot of fluid and electrolyte loss and Imbalance which could land you into complications. It's advisable to visit an obstetrician asap and get admitted. Get a cbc, urine,lft,kft,thyroid profile done.

In some pregnancy vomiting lasts for even in third trimester and because of iron supplement tablet also it happens. Nothing to worry
