Hi As per your clinical picture it seems you have enamel erosion and deposits ( plaque and calculus) in your teeth.... Enamel erosion apnay be due to vigorous tooth brushing using herd bristle tooth brush...or due to any calcium and phosphate deficiency that will get confirmed by blood investigation You need to go for scaling( teeth cleaning)..then you need to put crowns for lower eroded teeth
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management

There are two problems in this case as can be seen in the picture- 1) the natural teeth have got abraded (white portion gone and yellow part of tooth visible) 2) food deposits (calculus as professionals say) on the teeth and at the junction of teeth and gums (this is what is causing the bad breath, bleeding from gums , loose gums etc). Now the 1st problem can be solved by covering your natural teeth with caps (crowns) to stop the further abrasions and for the 2nd problem I.e. bad breath- visit your dentist and get professional cleaning done (as the deposits have got hard and you will not be able to clean that with normal brushing) , after getting all the deposits clean brush properly and regularly twice a day to make sure that there is no white soft layer getting deposited on your teeth , use chlorhexidine mouthwash (or as suggested by your dentist) everyday to minimise the deposits on your teeth. Visit your dentist every 6 months for follow up.

Use chlohex mouthwash for a week Use tongue cleaners See what diet ur following don't eat in between 3 meals Eat clean food home food You might be brushing too hard on ur teeth to cause the erosion and attention is because of ur bite Take an appointment from a general dentist who specializes in scaling All your lower teeth needs a cap lower 4 unit bridge U can also have second option of direct composite veneers as it's done in a day also it's economically best suited. Also suggest if long term then go for four unit bridge Cessation of aerated drinks

Hello sir, You may go ahead with smile design in which crowns and laninates/veneers are used to mask the yellowishnes of the tooth. You may also opt for cleaning which helps to reduce bad breath.

Since your teeth are worn out, any invasive procedure will make your teeth sensitive. For bad breath you should maintain good oral hygiene and get professional teeth cleaning done. Ceramic veneers or laminates can be planned after root canal treatment if required. But that will be a bit expensive as number of teeth is more. If teeth are extremely weak, you may even need to remove the weak teeth. Visit dentist for clinical examination to know if they can really be treated well.
