Energyless specially before period.
Energy level is low from 3-4 months before period specially. I am unmarried. In july I was suffering from fever since then energy is too low. My pulse rate was low during recovery then I just have electrolytes. I am having few calcium and vitamin tablets plus limcee for vit c. I use to exercise before fever . Now I am unable to do it due to low energy. I use to have pain in my breast also before periods . I am neither slim nor fat. But I am little fat from tummy and hip portion. Thighs legs and everything is sorted. My meal has vegetables pulses and non veg too. I ate 2-3 chappatis and a bowl of rice (starch removed) each day.

Fever can be a taxing illness especially if its a chronic one. A person can take a longer time to recover from the weakness it might cause. Pain in breast before periods is a common marker of hormonal change and is absolutely normal unless it hampers your daily routine. The supplements you are taking are fine but the intake should be in line with your blood levels. Also, just taking these supplements wont help you regain energy. You also need to eat well. To know more about this, please  get a detailed consultation with me through Practo.

Hi, The  present weight you have is fine according to your height. To reduce belly fat and other specific area you need to do specific exercise along with following a balanced diet, but right now may be your body is not recovered fully so for that reason you should follow a nutritious diet, rich in good in protein ,fruits and vegetables. Hydrate youself properly and don't keep gap more than 3-4 hours between meals. Try to add cashew or almond in your meal which gives you energy. There is hormonal changes occur before starting periods, which may cause some times mood swing, less active, feeling low. You can keep yourself engage in different activities, it will helpful.
