I am having endometrium thickness post five months of delivery.getting periods regularly.i am lactating now.whether it is comman or not I have taken progesterone pills during my 6 th month of pregnancy for 10 days.

Actually after delivery endometrium will shed off once period had started, how much is your endometrium thickness, is there any issue in menstrual cycle , if you are getting periods regularly and no pain during periods then no issue, but from when your period has started after delivery?

Endometrium thickness doesn't last this long but it depends on treatment and routine during ANC and post delivery.
Since your menses are normal, and lactation is going on, doesn't feel much of problem.
