Retroverted uterus is not to be worried about unless there are symptoms caused by it ( this part requires detailed discussion and can not be explained here)
Endometrial thickness depends upon your menstrual cycle. If USG was done just before menses it will show more thickness and it's normal. If it was done after menses and still shows thickness then it is a cause of concern.

These changes of bulky uterus are age related....
So nothing to worry...
The thickened endometrium needs to be definitely addressed.... n it can be very well treated with Homoeopathy......
My suggestion is to consult some Good Homoeopath nearby who will take a detailed history and advise needful medicines accordingly....
