Elbow pain
Hi I have been getting elbow pain now for 2 weeks and more and it’s extremly painful when I straighten out my arm or I grip hold of anything could you please assist in what the problem could well be thanks.

visit a good physiotherapy centre nearby you where they will give you pain releiving modalities and some exercises
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy objects from painful hand, Avoid sleeping on painful side and avoid doing exercises with that hand for couple of days
