Elbow and thumb pain
I have pain in right hand elbow inner side and left hand thumb on middle joint inner side. Pain is only felt in thumb when something is being pressed on thumb joint. Pain is felt in elbow while movement. Due to this i have stopped weight training in gym. Kindly suggest what to do?

Apply hot and cold pack.
Next Steps
use elbow band,avoid elbow movement for some time,you should take Physiotherapy session continuous.

Physiotherapy evaluation and treatment shlould be able to provide pain relief.
Health Tips
Apply ice pack over elbow and thumb for 10-15 min 3-4 times a day, few weeks, avoid vigrous exercise and repetitive movement of elbow , wrist and thumb, reduce cell phone, tablet and computer usage.
