Eating virgin coconut oil good for pcos?
Hi I have a dilemma whether should I take a spoonful of Coconut oil in the morning. The information that I have is that this can cause inflammation and high cholesterol. Can you please help me with the advantages and disadvantages of the same with the perspective of pcos woman?

PCOS can be treated by  changing life style and eating pattern. Add some  home remedies like a add cinnamon infused water, soaked fennel seeds water, wheatgrass juice, Avoid white food in your diet like wheat flour, white rice, milk and milk product, sugar.

Coconut oil is rich in medium chain triglycerides which is not recommended for the ones who have pcos problem. It causes inflammation and raises cholesterol level and might depress your hormonal levels too. You can replace it with rice bran oil. It has multiple benefits. The goodness of type of fat is unique and useful in terms of health

Hii, As u taking virgin coconut oil. So some study are there related to dis. The 2016 study suggested that virgin coconut oil had a significant beneficial effect on blood coagulation, which could help prevent cardiovascular diseases. Another 2017 study published in the Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine journal found that consuming of virgin coconut oil in young healthy adults increased the levels of HDL or good cholesterol. Other than these health benefits, VCO has the same anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antioxidant, anti-stress, and antimicrobial properties as regular coconut oil.
