Drinking extra virgin olive oil
I am 55 years old woman with diabetes, hypothyroidism, increased levels of uric acid, cholesterol and triglycerides. They remain under control with proper medications. Recently, I heard about the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil. I want to know whether I can consume it or not. What should be the dose and what must be the best time to consume it? Please help.

Extra virgin oil is also gives same calories as other oil ,20 -30 ml oil and fat required daily for you . You can add on light exercises and yoga along with medication to support health. Rwgular exercises and balanced diet is also key factors to maintain health. Avoid saturated fat and keep balance in PUFA and MUFA

Yes you can use extra virgin olive oil for cooking but 20 ml per day .
