Too much medicines are not required. Take bed rest. Take progesterone support. Repeat USG after one week.

You are taking too many medicines. A progesterone support, especially Micronized Progesterone could have been good enough. Too much progesterone support is not going to help. If at all, it will delay the diagnosis of a missed abortion.
