I am 5-6 weeks pregnant and I had some bleeding twice
Taking dydrogestrone 3 times a day
L-methyl folate 1000mg once a day
Estradiol once a day
Aquagest injection twice a day
And did ultrasound today after bleeding

You are taking too many medicines.
A progesterone support, especially Micronized Progesterone could have been good enough.
Too much progesterone support is not going to help. If at all, it will delay the diagnosis of a missed abortion.
