There can be several causes for left-sided ear pressure without any dizziness. Some possible causes include: 1. Eustachian tube dysfunction: The Eustachian tube connects the middle ear to the back of the throat and helps regulate pressure in the ear. Dysfunction of the Eustachian tube can lead to increased pressure in the ear, causing discomfort. 2. Ear infection: Infections in the middle ear, known as otitis media, can cause ear pressure. Other symptoms may include pain, fluid drainage, and difficulty hearing. 3. Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder: The TMJ is the joint that connects the jawbone to the skull. TMJ disorder can cause ear pressure as well as pain and clicking sounds in the jaw joint. 4. Sinus congestion: Sinus blockage or congestion can cause pressure to build up in the ears, leading to discomfort. 5. Allergies: Allergic reactions can cause swelling and congestion in the nasal passages and Eustachian tubes, resulting in ear pressure. 6. Earwax buildup: Excessive earwax can accumulate in the ear canal, leading to a feeling of pressure. Hope that helps, Regards, Dr U N Sahoo
