Chest tightness with severe ear pressure
I'm having chest tightness under left breast for about 2 weeks with sudden sharp pain.sometimes I'm feeling heavy chest pressure .For the past 3 days I'm having severe clogged ears. Sometimes I'm feeling the same pressure in the nose Bridge and throat. I'm burping a lot so I tried GI tablets but no luck.My ECG and X-ray is fine without any issues.please suggest.

This is becoz of dyspepsia ( gastritis / gas trouble ) take food on time. Have small frequent meals. Don’t eat stomach full. Avoid spices, sour food. Take plenty of oral fluids. Do regular exercise. Include more vegetables, fruits n nuts in ur diet. Continue medication as advised by the gastroenterologist
