Hi, I am sorry you are facing issues with sleep. I am not qualified to give you advice on your pregnancy so a gynaecologist will be the best person to suggest you that but I can help you identify why you aren’t able to sleep. Sleep happens when our nervous system is relaxed and when we lose sleep it just means that our nervous system is over working and heated up and even though it’s time to sleep it’s not slowing down and hence we feel active and not able to sleep. Please identify what’s worrying you and see a therapist who can help you emotionally release the emotions around this event or happening. Once that happens, you’ll be able to sleep like a baby! You’re fine, stay!

In initial state of pregnancy it's suggested to avoid taking sleeping pills as it may effect adverse in pregnancy. So please consult your gyno before continuing your pills
Hi... Please consult another Psychiatrist to continue or discontinue a medication. These two things (sleep and pregnancy) are not connected. The medication that has been prescribed to you is not a sleeping pill. I believe you are experiencing one or the other form of a psychotic episode or maybe going through very severe issues related to sleep, etc. This medication is not prescribed for mild issues. I know some good psychiatrists in Bangalore, but not in Jaipur. I can share contacts if you need.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for Medication.
Consult a Psychologist for Counselling.
