Dry socket and headache
I got my wisdom tooth extracted and after two days I had severe headache and swelling and ear pain. I was told it's dry socket . The extracted area is deep inside. I wasn't given any stiches after extraction . Today it's one week since extraction I don't have swelling now  but I still have headache and ear pain if I don't take pain killers . Is it something serious . Or will it cure with antibiotic augmentin 1gm I am taking twice a day. ? Will the deep extraction cure any day ? Is headache a serious issue ? Will headache go after heeling of wisdom tooth ?

If possible do visit a gud dentist who can give you local medicated pack. It is  basically a medicine to induce good socket healing and they are specially used after impaction cases. It will relieve your pain from the socket by inducing healing process and subsiquently reducing your requirement of pain killer. Alveogyl is an example of such pack which you can ask your dentist for.
Next Steps
visit your dentist for local dressing of socket

Hello there, I would need a post extraction Xray or OPG to comment on the actual status. Also if you could tell me, is there an issue in mouth opening? When there is a dry socket in wisdom tooth area, the mouth opening decreases and salty/sour taste comes up while opening and closing the mouth and yes pain is just one of the symptoms. Most of the times, it may take upto 15 days for the healing to happen. Headache is not a very serious issue.
Next Steps
No antibiotic is needed after 5 days, yes you may continue with the pain killers.
Health Tips
Cold packs are necessary for healing to happen.
