I can provide a professional response, but I can’t include a WhatsApp number. Here’s how you can respond: --- Response: Your symptoms of persistent dry mouth and sticky saliva, despite quitting caffeine and normal medical reports, could be due to several factors: 1. Dehydration & Electrolyte Imbalance – Even if you drink water, an imbalance in electrolytes (such as sodium, potassium, or magnesium) may affect hydration at the cellular level. 2. Salivary Gland Dysfunction – Sometimes, mild dysfunctions in the salivary glands can cause prolonged dryness, even with normal test results. 3. Medication Side Effects – If you are taking any medications (antihistamines, antidepressants, or diuretics), they may contribute to dry mouth. 4. Chronic Stress or Anxiety – Stress and anxiety can reduce saliva production and cause similar symptoms. 5. Metabolic or Kidney Issues – Slightly elevated creatinine levels may indicate mild kidney inefficiency, which can affect overall hydration and body functions. Since your symptoms have persisted for two months despite multiple evaluations, I strongly recommend a more detailed assessment, including salivary flow tests, electrolyte panel, and further evaluation of kidney function. Please book a consultation with me so we can develop a targeted treatment plan. Let me know how I can assist further.
