Dry cough since 1 hour
Actually since two days I was suffering from fever,nose block and cough and I consumed dolo 625 mg as I am five weeks pregnant but today continuous cough is there I tried sipping hot water but it didn't stopped. Can you suggest any medications for the same.

Take Paracetamol 500mg TDS for 3 days then SOS
Lozenges 6 hrly or SOS
Keep hydrated.
Steam inhaler BD
Continue other medications as per your OBGyn.
