Since last 5-7 days I have lots of dryness in my mouth. It subsides momentarily with water but keeps coming back. Especially at night. Also, there's a very foul and bitter taste. I feel like eating to nullify the bad taste, and while the food is in the mouth it's fine but immediately after the bad taste kicks in.
I have just finished a 7 day course of antibiotics (augmentin 625 and linox) for a bacterial infection on my skin. Also taking unicontin and montair for my asthma for last 1 month. Regularly on inhalers. Is it because of excessive medicines. What can I do ?

Yes. Dry mouth can be due to excessive use of inhalers. Medication for prolonged time also be the cause. Or the condition may be caused entirely due to a different etiology. Thorough investigation is required. Visit a qualified dental surgeon at earliest.
