Hello sir,
These are a mixture of some of the well-known medicines used in homeopathy for similar complaints. While in some patients they may show temporary and partial relief if they match to the symptoms but they will never cure the complaint as they are not taken according to the principles of homoeopathy.
Most of the patients instead of going for proper homoeopathic treatment, chose to take such over the counter patented medication and later on when they don't get results they blame homoeopathy. In many instance just to skip the consultation charges of the doctor.
But ultimately they end up spending more money and also complicating the case later to be very difficult to cure.
