Hello, low blood pressure or blood sugar levels are just a symptom not a disease itself. Check her Blood count, HB & Thyroid levels too. R 86 is said good for hypoglycemia but I don't believe in combination practice as it is not of much help.
It is not homoeopathy.
Correct homoeopathic medicine can only be selected after detailed case taking.
