This is looking grade 2 bite, should take vaccination for safety though. If the dog was vaccinated then no issues but if the dog wasn't vaccinated we need to take vaccination of 5 doses. Clean the wound and cuts for betterment of situation

It looks like it belongs to category 2 ( minor scratches on intact skin) for which local treatment of the wound is required plus vaccination for rabies.
No immunoglobulins required.
