Does this look like herpes?
I was having itching on my scrotum and found this erosion. I checked the other areas and found a red spot on the glans as well, though no itching and the skin was also intact.

From your description and the image, the itching and erosion on the scrotum with a red spot on the glans could be due to local irritation, fungal infection, or balanitis. These conditions are common and usually manageable with proper treatment. Next Steps ✔️ Keep the area clean and dry and avoid scratching ✔️ Avoid using harsh soaps or over-the-counter creams without guidance ✔️ I would recommend an online consultation with me so I can review the lesion more clearly and guide you with the appropriate treatment. Helpful Tip Early treatment usually helps resolve such conditions quickly and prevents further irritation or spread.
