As far as milk and non veg is concerned, there are no side effects as such... Just try to maintain a minimum decent gap or else simultaneously having both can lead to acid reflux or indigestion. Nothing else.

Gud evening pls have non veg foods in moderate amounts in different time mostly in day time for proper digestion,milk in different time don't have two things at one time,no side effects if u will have on separate times at least 3hrs of gap minimum there should be.
