U can contact me via Practo for online consultation. We need to work on ur overall posture. High chances ur pelvis is very anteriorly tilted with increased lumbar lordosis which ur body try to balance by kyphotic thoracic spine. Muscle imbalance is a major cause. Certain groups of muscles are too tight and in a shortened posture while opposite group of muscles are very weak.

Be in touch with your therapist for proper guidance regarding exercises
can you share your standing position picture and xray if taken, as your physio suggested for postural correction and isometric exercises and time for treatment to get back to normal is correct.
Follow the treatment protocol as suggeated by the physio.
As you have consulted a Physio already you must follow the plan for few weeks and possibly follow up when required. The suggestion given by your previous Physio looks alright.
Continue the exercises prescribed by physiotherapist, maintain proper posture if ur sitting for a long time i.e get up from ur work place with in 20 mins and have a walk for some time and then go back to ur work.ergonomics also plays a major role.
Strengthening to ur back, hip and knee to avoid problems while walking.
