Do pelvic USG detect 13 week pregnancy?
Can a trans abdominal or pelvic ultrasound show  a 12-14 week pregnancy easily? If the ultrasound was done not to confirm pregnancy but its done for some other purpose like menstrual irregularities? and Uterus size and ET is measured in the scan. Even then the scan can easily detect a 13 week pregnancy?

Yes. For whatever reason ultrasound of the lower abdomen is done, if the patient is pregnant and the foetus size is 12-14 weeks, the foetus will be seen in the uterus. No Sonologist can miss it.
