Can abdominal ultrasound detect Pregnanc
I did an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound today and the report showed me PCOS but there was no data about pregnancy . Do they mention pregnancy in separate ultrasound or can it be detected in the same ultrasound ?

When they do Ultrasound examination of lower abdomen of a lady they see the uterus, mention its size and also Endometrial thickness. They also mention any abnormalities in the uterus. Now Doctor and patient (if she wants to read her report) should have enough wisdom to interpret if the patient is pregnant or not.
