There are urine test it will suggest only pregnancy status whether positive or negative but not age, site of pregnancy and viability of foetus. For age, number, site of pregnancy and viability of foetus it requires sonography. For better information in first trimester, TVS is better but if you are not willing then after full urinary bladder abdominal sonography can identify foetal status but it is sometime difficult for pt to hold bladder full.
