Left abdominal pain
I am 38 years old and I have severe left abdominal pain  with once vomiting from last one month. Have been taking pain killers and ultrasound says 18mm overian cyst.

18 mm cyst doesn't cause symptoms unless it is complicated. The cause could be a ureteric stone. You should go for MRI to see if the cyst is complicated.

18 mm ovarian cyst is a very small one and that is not the reason for your symptoms and that does not require any treatment If the rest of the ultrasound does not show any abnormality you need to meet a doctor in person to find out the reason for the severe pain
