Dizziness associated with palpitations needs to be evaluated clinically. You may have to consult with a cardiologist in your area for ECG echo and holter monitoring if necessary.
First thing first, how are the rashes. Either detailed description or thorough look at the rashes are required. Whether the rashes are due to blood clotting disorder or simple drug allergy or some.cardiac issues need to be clarified. Either post pics or visit a doctor. Not everything can be treated online.
Please get a complete work done for Coagulation profile, Lipid profile and for your heart health. A Holter Monitoring test is also indicated if not already done.
it's important to address your concerns thoroughly. Based on your history of TB treatment, heart murmur, dizziness, palpitations, splinter hemorrhages, and red rashes, these symptoms may indicate underlying cardiovascular or autoimmune issues. Although your echocardiogram was normal, persistent symptoms like palpitations and splinter hemorrhages could point to conditions such as infective endocarditis or vasculitis. The red rashes and continued fatigue also require further investigation.
I strongly recommend an in-person evaluation to assess your current health status. Blood tests, another echocardiogram, and possibly a rheumatology workup might be needed. Please consult a local MD medicine specialist as soon as possible for a comprehensive examination. If you'd like, you can also book an appointment with me for a detailed evaluation.
With your history your illness may be infective endocarditis , this condition where you have hemorrhagic lesion in nail and all over body, dizziness and palpitation. . Please go and consult Cardiologist immediately for emergency medical treatment.
