Dizziness
I have a dizziness and slightly imbalance from past 30 days I have been using vertin tab but no use and I went for CT brain its normal ent doctor cleared no ear problem but I am still experiencing this and I have a acid reflux problem and upper back to neck stiff ness is there any vitamin definitely my cbc results I am attaching here C

This blood test report is of no use in diagnosing cause for dizziness. Since you are suffering for the last 30 days it is better to consult a Neurophysician in person. Tele-consultation may not help in this case because a neurological disorder does not have any visible manifestation on the body.
