Dizziness. Feel short breathing
My wife is 33 years old. She feels dizziness last 1 week. Chakkar aate (lightheadedness) Her diet is average and sleep time almost 7 to 8 hours but in spite of that she's feels dizziness. Kindly help me regarding this matter. I am very thankful to you.

Any history of diabetes in the family? Get blood sugar checked. She can take tablet Stemetil 5mg one in the morning one at bedtime for five days.

Dizziness can have due to many  medical reasons.
Next Steps
check basic things like haemoglobin levels ,,pulse rate, blood pressure and random blood sugars  .and step by step to rule other causes

Check bp and fasting and random blood sugar. Can also be due to Gastric reflux and vitamin deficiencies. Can consult me on practo for proper management and prescription

Dizziness has multiple causes. I can explain a few. 1) Low or high blood pressure- check BP 2) Low or extremely high blood sugar- check sugar 3) Disease related to ear- one of the common reason. For this you can meet an ENT doctor 4) Neurological cause (related to brain)- you should meet a neurologist (DM, Neurology degree) 5) Due to low Hemoglobin 6) Due to weakness because of any long term disease 7) Hypo or Hyper Thyroid Hope it helps.
