Distal radius fracture
Doctor I met with accident 7months ago now I feel the little pain in my wrist at the fracture site and wrist  is swollen is it due to wheather change? I am bit worried because of this swelling after 7 months ... Should I use ice on swelling area ? Please help me doctor... Xray attached

It is quiet possible that  this swelling may be due to inflammation or tissue being irritated by the plate.
Next Steps
Get CBC, ESR and CRP done.
Health Tips
If all are within normal limits then apply ice. Even if the swelling continues to bother you for next 5 months.... get the plate removed.

If it is newly developed swelling - better to consult Ortho. If there is no pain not much to worry. Use ice. If still problematic get new x Ray’s.

It can be due to weather. You can use ice pack. Use your splint if it's to much painful.

Fracture seems to have healed. Use should continue self physiotherapy to get functional range of movements. Icing will help.

Active and passive range of movements to improve flexibility of wrist.

Just apply ice packs ,keep doing wrist exercises..keep elevation of wrist
