My brother is having Dosc problem. In MRI report it is showing under L5-S1 Area. please find attached MRI report and guide me for treatmemt. He is suffering since last 3 months.Pain in lower back and legs. Is operation is the only solution or can be treated by medicines,therapy etc

Can try conservative trial of medicines and electrotherapy but if no improvement then surgery is the only option left.
