Discover or find your comfortable position in bed. It may be supine laying, lateral and prone. But if it is prone position then certainly is good conditions u have. If u don't tolarate prone position then try to prone every day. When nerve compression reduce then gradually spinal extension exercises should started. But most necessary is MRI lumbosachral spine. In your condition it may be operative case, which further require MRI. so next time please upload mri film for further prognosis.
