Loud stomach noises: I hear and feel a constant bubbling, gurgling, or gas-like sound deep in my lower stomach.
Not from hunger: The sounds happen 2 to 3 times every day. They do not mean I am hungry; they happen even when I am completely full after eating.
Sudden sharp pain: I get sudden, sharp stomach aches out of nowhere.
Emergency bathroom runs: The sharp pain comes with a sudden, intense urge to poop. I have to go to the toilet a few times a day when this happens.
Fast belly swelling: My lower belly got bigger very quickly right after these stomach issues started. It looks like belly fat, but it happened way too fast to be normal weight gain. It feels more like tight swelling or trapped air.
Food changes didn't fix it: I tried eating lighter food. It helped a little bit, but the strange sensations and swelling are still there

The combination of sharp abdominal pain, rapid lower belly swelling (bloating), loud gurgling, and urgent bowel movements strongly suggests a gastrointestinal issue like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), or a food intolerance.
Possible Causes
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): IBS often triggers sudden, sharp intestinal spasms along with an urgent need to defecate, rapid bloating, and excess gas production.
Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO): When excessive bacteria build up in the small intestine, they rapidly ferment food, creating large amounts of trapped gas. This leads to loud, deep gurgling (borborygmi), intense lower belly distension, and sudden loose bowel movements.
Food Intolerances or FODMAP Sensitivity: Difficulty digesting certain short-chain carbohydrates (like lactose, fructose, or polyols) can draw excess water and gas into the intestines, causing fast swelling and urgent bathroom visits.
Gastrointestinal Infection or Inflammation: A mild bacterial imbalance or inflammation in the digestive tract can cause sudden gut motility spasms and sharp pain.
Recommended Next Steps
Keep a Food & Symptom Diary: Track exactly what you eat, when the sharp pain and swelling occur, and your bowel movement frequency.
Consult a Gastroenterologist: A doctor can run tests (such as a SIBO breath test, stool analysis, or blood tests) to pinpoint the exact cause rather than guessing with dietary changes.
Watch for Red Flags: Seek prompt medical evaluation if you experience any of the following:
Unexplained weight loss
Blood in your stool
Persistent fever
Severe, unrelenting pain that prevents normal activity
In my opinion you should get an ultrasound (abdomen + pelvis ) done along with endoscopy because as you mentioned you are having sudden and intense urge to defecate this is called as altered bowel habits
And also you feel sudden sharp pain in abdominal area
