Hi there as per your weight and height you are underweight. Your weight should be 85-87kgs.. That means you are 20kgs under weight which is not good as it effects your immunity. Try to eat small frequent  meals. Eat calorie dense foods like avocado,nuts,dates,cream,butter,peanut butter. Include 1-2 serving of proteins source in your meal like 2 whole eggs,fish,chicken,soyabean,Paneer.drink plenty of water.

Hi there. You will need to clarify your height and weight as according to what you have mentioned you are underweight for your height .
Next Steps
If you need to lose weight have plenty of fiber in the form of fresh fruits and veggies, dried fruits like almonds and walnuts, protein sources like low fat milk and paneer, dals and pulses, if you are a non vegetarian chicken, fish and egg whites too. Avoid fried and fatty foods completely. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Split up your meals into 5-6 small meals in the entire day. Do not overeat at any point of time.
