Yes its is safe it has not issue if your weight is maintained But if weight is more than the height than suggestion will be egg whites

Gud evening Yes u can have but in required amounts rather than excess.eggs 1-2per day n walnuts or any other nuts a small handful but on separate time frame in the day.
