Diet req. for loosing weight& belly fat
Hi, I am 33 years old male with 5 ft 8inches height. I am around 95 kgs with a strong belly fat from a very long time. Could you pls help me with the proper diet chart for reducing weight and belly fat. My exercise routine is too low though I walk around 4000-5000 steps daily. Kindly help. Thanks!
