If you want  follow complete  vegetarian diet,it is chances of vitamin D & B12 deficiencies  is very  much likely as complete vegetarian  diet does  not supply these in adequate  quantities  and mode of absorption  from non-vegetarian and vegetarian  source is completely different because conversion of vitamin D as a available  form from non-vegetarian foods  is a one step process whereas from vegetarian  source is a longer process, similarly  only few vegetarian  sources are good sources of B12.
Next Steps
In case deficiencies are confirmed  it can be corrected  through supplement with physician's prescription.
Health Tips
foods such as flax ,almond, walnuts ,ghee in limited  quantities  can help in absorption  of vitamin D  ,milk and product  +naturally  fermented  foods, sprouts, curds ,Buttermilk can help in absorption  of B12.
