Increase dairy products. Take broccoli in your diet.you can start with neurobion forte tab once a day for 1 month.if you are non vegetarian then you have lots of animal product to eat.

1 st of all if vitamin, B12 is low then you should consult dietician Take balance diet I need to know are u vegetarian or Nonvegitarian bcoz most of the sources of vit B 12 is non veg Take direct consultantion and provide you eating habits  so will able to provide you tips how to increase vitamin B 12 naturaly
