This is a 22 year female with weight 72 kg and height 4 feet 10 inches having tsh value 17.432 would like to know about a simple diet plan and simple foods available  on daily basis to reduce hypothyroid.Already having tiredness,bloating and body pains and also living in hostel

firstly try to make your own food . if it is not possibel then try to take less oil. because according to your BMI your weight is high. may be it because of your thyroid. some kinds of food you should avoid as a thyroid paitent. for more details you can contact with me through practo

Hi, Avoid cruciferous items in your diet, as your Thyroid level is higher in range, you should also need to go for further tests too, First do that then take a call with the dietitian to plan further.
