Hi Have three meals a day and also have fruits such as grapes,apples,Apples, Figs, apricots, mangoes, Whole wheat bread or Dalia,and Milk or buttermilk. Vegetables such as Beetroot, turnip, Squash, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes, chapatis of whole wheat flour, Paneer, and buttermilk. Avoid Foods such as meat, egg and fish, And also avoid liquor ,tea,coffee,sugar,white flour& its products. Foods high in potassium such as potatoes bananas leafy green vegetables beans and raw vegetable juices are very protective against gout. Can also consume carrot juice in combination with juices of beetroot and cucumber is especially beneficial. Avoid high protein foods until the gout comes to under control.. till that time have low protein foods as the situation improves can slowly include more protein foods. Any spicy,sour,salty foods stimulates the inflammation and induces pain burning sensation in the small joints So avoid such foods. Yeast,sour curds,tomato,masalas,,nuts,,those containing purines and increase uric acid levels flares up the gout condition.

Hi Gout can be taken care by drinking lot off water and fluids.  Avoid high protein foods . Yeast can cause pain so avoid yeast products as well. Once the pain goes do go for walk atleast 30 to 40 mins everyday .
