Diet issue
I work in Night shift, as we have less option for food at night i tend to eat junk food when hungry. I sleep around 6 or 7. I Have started walks after shift. What should i eat after coming from walk as i will be sleeping after that.

There is always oppertunity for us to choose right things among bad. You have alter your biological cycle doing works at night..so it will more affect your health as Vit D deficiency may occur..need more details discussion on your diet. u had already change your diet pettern according to your time ..fast food is not answer..after coming from work before u go for sleep start with  glass of skimmed or double toned milk and almond nuts ..it is good for ur sleep and easily digested..for further suggestion get  fix an appoinment for me online through practo.Thanks.
