Hi! Ramzan diet is quite simple, but should be done correctly. At Sehri (morning meal) it is recommended to take high calorie and high protein foods like khichdi, curd, roti, dalia etc , Avoid taking spicy and deep fried foods as they can make you feel thirsty through the day. At Iftar(breaking fast) take plenty of fruits, milkshakes, upma, chicken based dishes , this accounts for good protein intake. Also, it is important to eat in moderation so that you can take a light dinner, and add few minutes of exercise at home. This pattern will help to prevent gastric issues and dehydration, and also make sure you get enough food to keep muscles intact.

Health Tips
