to reduce that fat, i would advise you to reduce the fat intake and make sure more of the fat in your diet comes from the invisible sources, like through almonds, walnuts, flax seeds etc. have a good proportion of protein in your died coming from low fat sources.
include some about of physical exercise, which concentrate on reducing the stomach fat, etc. this should help you get the desired outcome
