What diet should I take for kidney stones ...and what foods to avoid I have stones of 7 mm and 8 mm ..please suggest ..

Due to kidney stone which type of stone u have like calcium ,oxalate,than u hv to follow perticular diet and add lots of water in ur diet avoid milk and milk Product if calcium stone ,avoid tomato ,spinach any other food item if oxalate stone . Hello , You should avoid axalates totally from your diet. All the leafy vegetable, seeds contain veggies  are better to avoid.

Drink more and more water atleast 3 to 4 ltrs a day. Br physically active. take balance and nutritionally modified diet. thanks to share your issues have a nice time.

Avoid oxalate foods like tomato, all nuts and if u have calcium stone then you should avoid dairy and dairy products.
