Hi doctors, i am following below diet and reducing weight monthly 1-2kg. Is that ok? Feeling scared to eat all after h pylori eradication treatment.
1) Wakeup and drinking 1ltr of water
2) after 45mins eating 5almond+ 1 apricot + raisins all soaked. And 4 idly or 3dosa around 10-10.30am
3) will have lunch at 1.30pm with brown rice and veg curry and curd.
4) dinner at 7.30 - 8.00pm oats/wheat upma with veg curry.
5) in between each meal I will drink 500ml to 1tr water.
Weekly once chicken and 2-3 eggs, weekly twice fish.. No red meats, prawns, crabs. Let me know is that ok to follow..

You are reducing weight is ok.you are taking more of the carbohydrates.You should include protein and fibre rich foods.To plan a diet I need to take a detailed diet history.you should also include some active exercise 45min.

Weight reduction should be 0.5-1 kg per week. So if you have reduced 1-2 kg in a month it's a good weight loss.
Your diet is good now,but add some protein in meals which are easy to digest.
Add Curds in meals when non veg is not there include fiber in meals. Avoid milk.
