Is it safe to consume a can of diet coke daily. It has some sugar replacement so does not cause Glycemic index hike. Is this fact true. Plz help.

For a healthy person Diet Coke is okay but not on daily basis. And for a diabetic or anyone it’s not a good drink to consume as it contains good amount of phosphate and caffeine which is not recommended for everyone in daily basis. Yes it has aspartame as sugar replacement which is artificial sweetener which is not good for health. So kindly avoid it. It also contain phenylalanine which is not recommended to those who have PKU. Hi, Limit these things as far as possible. The diet sodas can increase the risk of obesity,  metabolic syndrome & multiple disadvantages to the body. Thanks

Hi, No you cannot have it everyday, it is not safe,you can go for other natural drinks like aam panna,butter milk,lemon water etc.
