For a healthy person Diet Coke is okay but not on daily basis. And for a diabetic or anyone it’s not a good drink to consume as it contains good amount of phosphate and caffeine which is not recommended for everyone in daily basis. Yes it has aspartame as sugar replacement which is artificial sweetener which is not good for health. So kindly avoid it. It also contain phenylalanine which is not recommended to those who have PKU.
